The philosophy ‘There has to be a better way’ comes out of 34+ years in the IT industry working with cumbersome, inefficient and often broken processes that end up costing unnecessary time and money, increasing errors and reducing customer satisfaction.  Additionally, an overabundance of well-meaning but unnecessary emails fill inboxes weekly, anticipating employees taking the time to read and interact.

Bringing a set of ‘fresh eyes’ to the situation, We will talk to the right people and get the day-to-day experiences and details necessary to completely understand what is working and what is not working and provide a solution that addresses the issues efficiently.  For communications we will do a comprehensive review of the current communication style and gather employee input on ways to effectively communicate necessary and critical information without filling their inboxes with unnecessary email.
